CANCELLATION

Cancellation is free up to 30 days before arrival.
In case of cancellation between 29 and 10 days before arrival, 30% of the booked price will be charged.
Cancellations less than 10 days before arrival will be charged 80% of the booked price.
In the event of a no show, late arrival, or early departure, 100% of the total amount will be charged.

Absolutely. An unexpected last-minute event — such as a sudden illness, injury, or travel delays — can force you to postpone or cancel your holiday.

Since cancellation fees may apply in the event of a cancellation or interrupted stay, we recommend protecting your trip with HGV Stornoschutz by Europäische Reiseversicherung.

Yes, children are entitled to discounts if they share a room with at least two adults.

0 – 2 years: 80% discount
3 – 6 years: 50% discount
7 – 11 years: 30% discount
12 years and over: 10% discount

Check-in is possible between 3:00 pm and 7:00 pm. 
If you arrive after 7:00 pm, we kindly ask you to notify us briefly. 

Check-out is possible between 7:00 am and 11:00 am.

Yes. Our guests receive a Guest Pass by email, which entitles them to unlimited use of public transport throughout South Tyrol, allowing them to explore the area comfortably without needing a car.

The train to Lienz and the summer tourist lines, such as to Lake Braies and the Tre Cime, are excluded.

Not at all. We would kindly ask you to let us know when you book, so that we can notify the kitchen and service staff.

We will provide you with alternatives to suit your needs, whether they are gluten-free, lactose-free, vegan or vegetarian. 

In the interest of environmental protection, we aim to make our contribution every day.

If you require bath slippers, they are available upon request at reception.

We have a garage with space for about 20 cars. 
If you would like a reserved parking space, you can book one for 10,00€ per day.

If there is space available, you can park your car free of charge in the garage; otherwise, you can park it in the outdoor parking spaces.

You can order and purchase your ski pass in advance; it will be handed to you at check-in. Simply enter ‘Hotel Andermax’ in the ‘Pick-up’ field.
If you buy it online through the Dolomiti Superski Online Shop at least 2 days (48 hours) before the first day of validity, you’ll receive a 5% discount.

You can also conveniently purchase one-day and multi-day ski passes at reception.

You can hire ski equipment just a few steps from the hotel.

You can go to Rent & Go 3 Zinnen at Versicaco/Monte Elmo valley station, or to the Papin Sport shop located inside the Post Alpina Family Hotel.

Yes, it is possible. We are equipped with three charging points (one outside and two in the garage).

We charge 0,60 € per kW.

Please always inform reception before using the charging station.

Yes, we have a bike rental service here at the hotel.

City bikes and e-bikes are available for a fee.

We do not organise guided excursions ourselves. However, we work in partnership with the San Candido Tourist Office, which provides the "San Candido Active 2026" programme from Monday to Friday.

Our guests can take part in these guided tours free of charge. To book, simply contact reception (places are limited).
